IP (Immunoprecipitation) and CO-Immunoprecipitation (CO-IP) are classical methods used for the study of protein interactions based on the specificity of antibody and antigen precipitation. IP mainly obtains protein molecules through immunoprecipitation. CO-IP is obtained by immunoprecipitation of known proteins and proteins that interact with them. Yeasen has developed three types of reagents used in IP and CO-IP, including magbeads, multiple tag peptides, and affinity gels targeted various tag proteins.
